The Interplay Project team has spent several years developing our wellbeing framework to help those working with communities better understand how empowerment, culture, community, employment and education all interrelate, or we like to say 'interplay' to impact health and wellbeing.
By harnessing the strengths and valuable perspectives of the communities we work with, we have developed a suite of indicators and measures of success that have been defined by and developed with communities.
This research has been widely published and continues to inform our ongoing evaluation work with communities and partners.
